Aurelio Banda is a board member of ONDEX Automation. Mr. Banda brings more than 35 years of experience in industrial automation across distribution, manufacturing, and private equity-backed operations. He currently serves as Executive Operating Partner at Shore Capital, where he leads the firm’s platform strategy to build a premier value- added industrial automation distributor. Most recently, Mr. Banda served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Turck USA from 2023 - 2026. His earlier leadership experience includes Group Vice President of Automation at Motion Industries as well as Chief Executive Officer positions at PHD Inc. and Beckhoff Automation LLC North America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Banda founded Controls Plus Inc., an industrial automation distribution and engineering firm serving customers across the United States and Mexico.
